At its meeting today and having obtained opinion in favour from the Committee for Appointments and Remuneration, the Board of Directors of Banco di Desio e della Brianza S.p.A. appointed Angelo Antoniazzi (who also retains responsibility for the Human Resources Department) as Deputy General Manager with immediate effect, to replace Marco Sala who resigned from office on 31 December last year.
