START OF THE PROCEDURES FOR THE WINDING UP OF THE C.P.C. SA SUBSIDIARY
At today's meeting, the Board of Directors of Banco di Desio e della Brianza SpA, chaired by Agostino Gavazzi, announced that, consistent with and performing what was resolved and hence announced on 16 May 2012, the procedures for the winding up of the Credito Privato Commerciale S.A. subsidiary of Lugano were started.
