Luciano Colombini appointed as Deputy General Manager
of Banco di Desio e della Brianza S.p.A.

The Board of Directors of Banco di Desio e della Brianza S.p.A., convened today, resolved - as part of the planning for the succession of the General Manager, Claudio Broggi, whose contract will expire on 31 December 2013 - the taking-on of Luciano Colombini as Deputy General Manager (substitute) as from next 22 July and later on with the office of General Manager, when the employer-employee relationship with Broggi will end. Moreover, the current Deputy General Manager, Marco Sala, will continue to hold office.
The professional profile of Colombini is characterised by an extensive work experience in fields such as banking, financial, movables and insurance, gained in top positions with major banking institutions for a period of more than ten years.
