Audit/ Internal control

An internal control system monitors the transparency and correctness of the company's operations involving all corporate levels

The compliance of corporate processes and structures with industry laws and regulations, issued by the Bank of Italy and Consob, as well as their suitability to prevent operational risks are consistently evaluated by a complex control structure supervising the corporate bodies.

Key subjects in charge of the internal control system, each within their respective areas of competence, are:

  • The Board of Directors;
  • The Board of Statutory Auditors;
  • The CEO;
  • The Managing Director;
  • The subject assigned to Internal Controls;
  • The Control and Risk Committee

The Parent Company is entrusted, in outsourcing, with the functions of internal audit, risk management and compliance also for the subsidiaries.
