Board of Directors of Banco di Desio e della Brianza SpA: Cristina Finocchi Mahne appointed Independent Director and member of the Control and Risk Committee

The Board of Directors of Banco di Desio e della Brianza S.p.A. resolved, on the proposal of the Chairman and based on the prior favourable opinion of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, to appoint Cristina Finocchi Mahne, via co-optation, to replace Director Marina Brogi who, as communicated to the market, renounced her office given her new commitments are incompatible with the role held in Banco di Desio e della Brianza S.p.A., pursuant to the applicable provisions concerning the so-called “interlocking prohibition” (art. 36 of Decree Law “Salva Italia” no. 201 of 6 December 2011).

The Board also invited Cristina Finocchi Mahne to join the Control and Risk Committee, given that she meets the independence requirements set forth by Law and by the Articles of Association, as well as those recommended by the Code of Conduct for Listed Companies.
